What is it?

 

Teleconsultation is very useful in the event that the physical examination (inspection, palpation, percussion, auscultation) is not essential to establish a diagnosis and propose treatment.

 

It consists of a consultation during a video conversation. It may happen that it requires a physical examination or medical procedure, in which case you will need to see the doctor.

How does it happen?

1. Book your appointment for a teleconsultation with your doctor via WhatsApp. You will receive the SAMUCO Ltd MCB account number on your phone.

2.For the teleconsultation, please ensure you:

• Are in a quiet, private room

• Have a stable Wi-Fi connection

• Will not be disturbed

• The doctor will call you at the scheduled time using the designated app

​3. Make the payment via transfer at least one hour before the consultation. Then, send a copy of the transfer confirmation via WhatsApp.

 

4. You will receive your prescriptions and receipt via WhatsApp. All you have to do is print them.
